Philip is the Co-Founder of Profit Enhancement Group, an Atlanta based consulting firm that specializes in profit maximization and cost containment, with an emphasis on reducing healthcare spend for its clients and the workforce.

Philip has consulted with over 600 firms, guiding clients on how to increase their sales, manage their operations more effective, and attain the highest levels of employee engagement to achieve the highest level of profits.

Prior to forming Profit Enhancement Group, Philip worked with an industry leader in the human capital arena, implementing new solutions that resulted in phenomenal economic growth and increased market share, anchored by securing the largest client in the firm’s history to date.

Over his 35-year career, Philip has served in leadership roles with firms in real estate, software, education and healthcare, creating and delivering on strategies to increase top and bottom line growth. Frequently recruited for challenging situations, he has resurrected businesses facing challenges from bankruptcy, stalled performance, shifting markets or ownership transitions.

Tapping into the talent core of companies he works with, Philip lead a mortgage and property management company in bankruptcy to being recognized as a Blue Chip Enterprise Award winner by the US Chamber of Commerce; he restructured real estate firms to be more competitive with broader service offerings; he repositioned a software consulting firm from closing its doors to the 3^rd largest in its space in less than 3 years, and secured the largest client in company history for a Fortune 1000 firm by restructuring their service offerings.

Philip is a graduate of the University of Arkansas (LR), a CPA, and CCIM, and has served on the boards of numerous civic organizations, as well as serving four years to accelerate the growth of a struggling school that works miracles with children impacted by learning disabilities.
