This service streamlines the referral process. Patients of Primary Care Physician (PCP) that are given referrals to Specialists are assisted in securing an appointment with their Specialist. Patients are also assisted with all aspects of referral process.

Value Proposition: Almost 75% of patients referred to a Specialist do not see the Specialist.  This service significantly increases the connection rate, driving better patient care and increase billings for the Specialist.  Further, if a patient does not see the Specialist, it negatively impacts the PCP’s reimbursement.
