Stacey is the Co-Founder of Profit Enhancement Group, an Atlanta based consulting firm that specializes in profit maximization and cost containment, with an emphasis on reducing healthcare spend for its clients and the workforce.

Prior to forming Profit Enhancement Group, Stacey worked with an industry leader in the human capital arena, implementing new solutions that resulted in phenomenal economic growth and increased market share, anchored by securing the largest client in the firm’s history to date.

Stacey began her career in telecommunications working in Sales Engineering where she developed innovative platforms that helped increase performance and efficiencies in sales processes for several industry leaders. Skilled as a trusted advisor to clients on service issues and account management.

Driven by a passion for creating solutions, Stacey transitioned to sales and proceeded to set records for sales performance consistently winning awards by creating win-win solutions. Working with a stable of clients that includes Porsche, Delta, Aflac, Coca-Cola, Lanier, Invesco, Turner Broadcasting, CheckFree and others, Stacey helps clients achieve better efficiencies and overall operational performance.

Stacey was recruited away from telecommunications into the human capital space by an industry leader and became energized to create solutions that not only helped clients become more profitable, but captured the discretionary talent value of the employees, positioning her clients to be best in class employers.

Within the human capital space, Stacey pioneered the platform of creating unique solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs while gaining keen insights on how to maximize employee engagement.
